Distributed model of soil system considered as an active medium is proposed.

Different dynamical modes in soil trophic chain were revealed for different values of model parameters. The propagation of autowaves in this system is proven to be able to contribute to inoculation process in case of falling out of some trophical links. A special attention is given to the possibility to restore the original soil organic density distribution by parametric pump. The prospects for adaptation of the model to soil-climatic conditions of specific areas are also discussed.
