HYPERBOLIC LAW 0F RELATIVE DISCRIMINABILITY IN PERCEPTUAL, RECOGNITIVE,
COMMUNICATIVE PROCESSES AS MANIFESTATION OF COHERENT NONLOCAL HUMAN FIELD

The purpose of this study was to see if any correlation could be found
between the law of the relative discriminbility in psychic investigations
and quantum-mechanical coherent decay processes described by the law of
hyperbolic relaxation ( F.Popp and K.Li, 1993). In many perceptual and
recognitive testing experiments of this study the discriminative single
stimulus or several ones were performed by quantitative scales (ranking)
to realize the test administration. In the first group of tests the sensorial
stimuli were used as discriminative parameters compared with the standard
stimulus: gradual light intensities, distances of several light flashes
departed in visual field, sound pitch and intensity, skin-pain signals,
departed vibro-tactile stimuli on skin, etc. In second group of tests (
which can be considered as recognition, identification, cognition) the
discriminative parameters under test were single- or multi-component including
some conflict situations, such as: differential lengths (angles) of geometrical
figures which must be compared with control length ( angles). One recognition
test with pilots demanded to determine distances from remote airplanes
comparing sound noises, in the other investigation the identification process
of sick tissues on radiological patterns was carried out for testing time.
The common type of experimental curves was established which can be approximated
by hyperbolic dependencies but not exponential ones which characterize
the spontaneous processes ( Popp, Li, 1993). All the data have been statistically
evaluated. Individual properties were studied for persons having strong
and weak concentration's abilities and the sharp falling of curves was
observed for persons with the high sensitivity and the strong concentration
of nervous processes. From data presented one can see that used relative
discriminative stimuli in perceptual and recognitive experiments with hyperbolic
type of obtained curves is proportional to the number of involved exited
neuro-units. In the suggested model exited states of psychic system lead
to the relaxation decay of coherent photonic emission observed for reaction
time intervals as the tested replies of person. So, the relaxation of psychic
system in perceptual and recognitive experiments is adequate to emission
of quantum coherent exited system. A reproducibility of experimental dependencies
for tested person was established. Many doses of volunteers for every test
were usually experienced to treat results by method of successive approximations
According to presented model the psychic system under concentration manifests
itself like the exited coherent ensemble, when simultaneously the cerebral
cortex cells are known to oscillate in synchronous theta- or alpha rhythms
recorded by EEG method. Such mind can be inevitably considered as the source
of coherent electromagnetic ultra-low-frequency ( 0-30 Hz) waves with the
wave length nearest to Earth radius. Electromagnetic Schumann's resonant
oscillations in ionosphere of Earth have the same frequency values as cerebral
EEG rhythms under the concentration process. One could expect that brain
rhythms form the similar standing waves around the earth in ionosphere
layer, but with much less intensity. However, the informational unique
of every person's patterns is expressed by the complex forms of modulated
signals and supplies the high separation by other adjusted mind, concerning
the explanation the communicative mental ability. Quantum interpretation
of synchronous brain rhythms allows to consider the remote mind influences
as non-local property of coherent field of exited states. The good fits
of two radiated patterns from two partners gives the destructive zero-point
or vacuum field ( D.Pratt, 1997). The similar electromagnetic standing
waves arise in every perceptual and recognitive testing process between
subject and object where the object is the stimulus. Following J.Utts "
a psychic sense works much like our other five senses, by detecting change".
It is probably the psychic communicative sense can be developed or not
in different persons even having natural talent like as the musical ability
needs in technical exercisers for many years until the perfect professional
musical playing becomes possible.
